CONSTRUCTION
Shawl is worked in a triangle from bottom point to top edge.
YARN
Approximately 892 yd / 816 m fingering weight yarn
Shown in Woolfolk SNO (100% Ovis 21 Merino wool, 223 yd / 204 m per 50g skein). Colorway: SNO 1+2 (light) and SNO 5+15 (dark); 4 skeins.
GAUGE
20 sts / 36 rows = 4 in / 10 cm in Chart A pattern, blocked
20 sts / 43 rows = 4 in / 10 cm in garter stitch, blocked
NEEDLES
US #6 / 4.0 mm circular needle (40 in / 100 cm or longer)
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the proper gauge.
NOTIONS
Stitch markers (4), removable stitch marker, tapestry needle, blocking wires and pins (optional)
